    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely set a preload, in a manufacturing method for a pressure detector wherein a pressure transmission member is interposed between the first member having a sensing part and the second member having a diaphragm, and wherein the first and second members are joined under the condition that the preload is applied from the diaphragm to the sensing part via the pressure transmission member. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the pressure detector 100 wherein the pressure transmission member 17 is interposed between the first member 1 having a detecting element 30 as the sensing part for outputting an electric signal in response to impressed pressure, and the second member having the pressure receiving diaphragm 15, and wherein the first and second members are joined, the load applied from the diaphragm 15 to the detecting element 30 is monitored as the electric signal from the detecting element 30, and the load is determined according to the monitored electric signal.
