    • PURPOSE:To enable a direct measurement of a spring force at a spring section of a support lattice for a short time by forming a plurality of split cuts at the bottom of a tube provided on one side of an elastic plate member along the member. CONSTITUTION:In a deformed bar 22, one side of a square tube section 25 formed at the upper part thereof is extended downward to form a plate-shaped section (plate member) 26. A diameter-expanded tube 23 has a large-diameter section 30 at the upper part thereof and the upper part thereof is inserted into a hole of the square tubular section 25 while the large diameter section 30 is fixed on the plate-shaped section 26. The lower half of the diameter-expanded tube 23 is equally divided into two with a plurality of vertical split cuts formed at an interval in the circumferential direction. This enables a direct measurement of a spring force at a sprint section of a support lattice for a short time.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the precision and the speed of measurement, by differentiating the output of a spring load measuring device which is obtained when a measuring head of the device is brought into contact with a spring to be measured and is separated from it and defining the output of the measuring device at a point, where the differentiated value exceeds a set value, as a load value. CONSTITUTION:A spring 1 to be measured is fixed to a jig 2, and a target 4 is fixed to a measuring point of a displacement quantity 3 which is the object of measurement. A spring load measuring device 5 is fixed to a mobile truck 6, and the mobile truck 6 is driven by a driving motor 7, and a measuring head 53 is brought into contact with the spring 1 to be measured and is pressed to the spring 1 until the spring is brought into contact with the target 4, and thereafter, the spring 1 is returned to the original position. The load meter output of the spring load measuring device 5 in a series of these motions is differentiated and operated by a differentiator 9, and the differentiated output is given to a discriminator 10, and an inflection point where this output exceeds a preliminarily set variation is detected, and the load meter output for this point is defined as a measured value.
