    • PURPOSE:To enable record display of AC wave-form lasting for relatively long time duration without resorting to increase of memory capacity, by computing and storing an effective value of input AC wave-form and record displaying the AC waveform. CONSTITUTION:An input AC wave-form subjected to sampling with an analog- input circuit 3 is converted into a digit value and recorded on a sampling value memory 4 and renewed later. A micro-processor 5 computes an effective value according to the content of this memory 4 and the effective value of AC wave- form, phase and frequency and other effective data are stored in the memory 6 as data kept for relatively long time duration and then renewed. Further, in response to a trigger signal from a digital input circuit, effective data from the memory 6 also, together with a reqenerated AC wave-form from the memory 4, are record displayed on such record displaying apparatus 9, such as an X-Y plotter, etc. By this kind of construction, an AC wave-form lasting for relatively long time duration become available for record display by effective value data without increasing the memory capacity.

    • PURPOSE:To generate a recording position encoded signal of a measured data by a simple and inexpensive constitution, by synthesizing a position encoded signal by giving a recognition bit by one each to the front and rear of encoded information from an encoded information generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output pulse of an oscillating circuit 11 is frequency-divided by a frequency-dividing circuit 12, and in accordance with this frequency-divided clock pulse, encoded information is generated from an encoded information generating circuit 20. On the other hand, a recognition bit to be given immediately before and immediately behind the encoded information is outputted from recognition bit generating circuits 31, 32. These recognition bit and encoded information are synthesized by a synthesizing circuit 33, and are outputted from an outputting circuit 40 through a parallel/series converting circuit 34 and a mixing circuit 35. A transmitted data is processed by a serial/parallel converting circuit 60, a latch 62, etc., and the recognition bit and the encoded information are outputted.
