    • PURPOSE:To make the connection of a heat collecting board and a water passing pipe rigid by a method wherein securing of the water passing pipe to the heat collecting board is effected by the injection foaming of the insulating material of an expandable resin to facilitate the work therefor and adhere the water passing pipe to the heat collecting board by a foaming pressure. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral part of the substantially wavy heat collecting board 8, formed with a solar heat absorbing film 7, is put on an intermediate horizontal wall 2c on the upper surface of a hot-water heater case equipped with a frame 1 and a bottom wall 6 while the straight part of the meandering water passing pipe 10 is entered loosely into a groove 9 on the upper surface of the heat collecting board 8. A lower jig 11 of flat plate is applied to the lower surface of the bottom wall 6 while an upper jig 12 of flat plate is applied along the upper surface of the heat collecting board 8. Under this condition, the insulating material 14 of expandable resin is injected from an insulating material injecting port 13, provided in the frame 1, inbetween the bottom wall 6 and the heat collecting board 8 to foam it. Then, the foaming pressure is impressed to the wall of the groove 9 and the wall of the groove 9 is adhered to the whole peripheral surface of the water passing pipe 10 substantially.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collector panel with a simplified structure, more superior heat insulation property, and high collector efficiency.
      SOLUTION: In the solar heat collector panel, a unit 10 is composed such that a heat collection plate 40 and a pipe 50 for a heating medium comprise an integral construction with a transparent heat insulating material 20. An MOxNy (M is Ti or Al) selective absorption film 30 is coated on the heat collection plate 40. The transparent heat insulating material 20 is silica aerogel. By this, since the heat collection plate 40 is embedded in a transparent heat insulating material 20 interior, and strength of the transparent heat insulating material 20 can be improved, a transparent heat insulating material such as silica aerogel can be used as a heat insulating material of the solar heat collector panel, and since the selective absorption film 30, the heat collection plate 40, and the pipe 50 for the heating medium are sealed without a gap, no convection of air occurs, heat insulation property is superior, and the panel can be lightened and simplified.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat dissipation from a bottom plate and side plates of a case of a solar heat collector, and to improve heat collection efficiency over a wide range from low-temperature collected heat to high-temperature collected heat.SOLUTION: The solar heat collector is configured in such a manner that a bottom plate 1a and side plates 1b of a case 1 which has an open upper face is composed of a vacuum insulating material 5 which is formed by covering a core material 6 which is formed by compressing a heating insulating material and has heat insulation properties and a gap with an outer skin 7 and creating a vacuum in a space formed of an outer skin. The outer skin is formed by welding peripheral edges of two metallic plates disposed so as to face each other across the core material. A plurality of linear grooves 21c with any one section of triangular, arcuate and sine half-wave shapes are formed in the metallic plates, and the two metallic plates are disposed across the core material with protrusions of the linear grooves facing each other.

    • PURPOSE: To enlarge a solar heat receiving area by a method wherein a heat receiving member having a pipe passage therewithin is bonded onto a heat insulation member placed on a water-proof film and a plurality of air chambers are formed on the surface of the heat receiving member.
      CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating member 2 such as glass fibers capable of preventing heat radiation is bonded to the water proof-film such as rubber capable of preventing the infiltration of rain water thereinto and the heat receiving member 3 such as rubber having the pipe passage 4 extending therethrough is bonded onto the heat insulating member 2. Further, a plastic film 5 for forming the air chambers 10 for preventing the radiation of solar heat is attached to the heat receiving member 3 to thereby provide the solar heat collecting plate. The heat collecting plate of the above strucutre is rich in flexibility and the thickness thereof is about 5cm so that it is possible to obtain a wide sectional area for receiving solar heat and to fix it directly to the roof of the house in a simple manner.
