Namely, the seating unit 32 for a solar battery module 2a includes a closed space 33 constituted of the constitution element of a bottom side 32c and the inside surfaces of the bottom side 32c while the bottom side 32c includes a seating drain hole 34 and the fitting crosspiece 11 of the mount 10 includes a gutter 13. In this case, the lower end of opening of the seating drain hole 34 is installed so as to position the same above the gutter 13 and the bottom side 32c of the seating unit 32 of the solar battery module 2a is formed while mounting the same on the upper surface of the fitting crosspiece 11 so that stay water flows down into the gutter 13 of the fitting crosspiece 11 of the mount 10 through the seating drain hole 34 provided on the bottom side 32c of the seating unit 32 for the solar battery module 2a.
