摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the tip part of a nozzle from scaling and contrive to perform the steady treatment of boiler-blow water produced by an urban refuse incinerating installation in a refuse incinerator by a method wherein the value of pH of boiler-blow water being sprayed into the incinerator is controlled to be within pH 7-9. CONSTITUTION:The pH value of boiler-blow water W1 produced by waste-heat boiler installation, not shown in figure, is pH controlled in a pH control tank 4 by sulfuric acid supplied from a chemical tank 5 via a pump 6 and a flow rate regulating valve 7, then sprayed into an incinerator with a spray nozzle 11 via a filter 8, a pump 9 and a flow rate regulating valve 10. In this case, the boiler- blow water W1 introduced to the pH control tank 4 is controlled within the range of pH 7-9 (desired at pH 8) by the sulfuric acid supplied from the chemical tank 5. The pH value of the pH controlled boiler-blow water is detected for cntrolling of the amount of sulfuric acid supplied to the pH control tank 4, the control is performed by the operation of a flow rate regulating valve 7 according to the detected pH value.

The combustion exhaust gas of the biogas is blown into a primary combustion chamber 18 having the stoker of the incinerator 17 therein.

摘要： A liquid waste feeding system having a liquid inlet to a plasma torch based waste processing chamber, disposed intermediate the primary plasma torch arrangement at the bottom end of the chamber and the top gas products outlet. the liquid inlet is positioned within the chamber such that liquid waste flowing from the inlet into the chamber is directed at a high temperature zone of waste column, and the liquid inlet is typically associated with a hot gas jet means. The hot gas jet means that provides the required high temperature zone may comprise one or more secondary plasma torches configured to provide hot gas jets into the liquid discharge zone of the inlet. Alternatively, the hot gas jet may be provided by the primary plasma torches, in which case the liquid inlet is disposed within a predetermined area close to and above at least one of the primary plasma torches.
