    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reductively oilifying apparatus of waste plastics which is reduced in size and compact to enhance an installation property and versatility and to decrease unnecessary electric power consumption thereby contributing to the reduction in running costs and which simplifies treatment steps to enable smooth and sure charge of waste plastics into a pyrolysis tank and to make cleaning, maintenance or the like easy. SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a pyrolysis tank 2 for dissolving and pyrolyzing the waste plastics Ro to generate cracked gases Gr, a hopper 6 for throwing the waste plastics Ro into the tank main body 4, a waste plastics-throwing-into mechanism part 5 which has an opening and closing cover 7 for opening and closing the charge hole 6o of the hopper 6 and an opening and closing valve 8 for opening and closing a charge path 6r between the hopper 6 and the tank main body 4 and is constituted so that an inert gas Gi can be sent into the inside of the hopper 6, and an oilifying treatment part 9 for cooling and oilifying the cracked gases Gr generated in the pyrolysis tank 2.
