SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a pyrolysis tank 2 for dissolving and pyrolyzing the waste plastics Ro to generate cracked gases Gr, a hopper 6 for throwing the waste plastics Ro into the tank main body 4, a waste plastics-throwing-into mechanism part 5 which has an opening and closing cover 7 for opening and closing the charge hole 6o of the hopper 6 and an opening and closing valve 8 for opening and closing a charge path 6r between the hopper 6 and the tank main body 4 and is constituted so that an inert gas Gi can be sent into the inside of the hopper 6, and an oilifying treatment part 9 for cooling and oilifying the cracked gases Gr generated in the pyrolysis tank 2. 摘要： The present invention has an object to provide a cold crucible induction melter integrating an induction coil and a melting furnace, wherein the induction coil itself simultaneously serves as a water cooled segment so as to directly transmit an induced current to a molten material in the cold crucible induction melter (CCIM), thereby greatly improving energy efficiency. Simultaneously, the structure of the cold crucible induction melter (CCIM) is simplified and enables a smooth discharge even when the molten material consists of a ceramic or a metal material with a high melting point. In order to achieve this, the present invention is characterized in that a cold crucible induction melter heats and melts waste using an induced current which is generated in a water cooled segment by a high frequency current that is applied to an induction coil, wherein the water cooled segment and the induction coil are disposed in a vertical direction so that the induced current that is generated by the induction coil is directly transmitted to the molten material of the waste.
