    • PURPOSE:To obtain dried cereals of good quality and to prevent the extinguishment of flame when a blue flame is reduced to a small size, by installing a blower, feeding air for combustion, outside a ventilator separately from the fan for ventilating air through the ventilator. CONSTITUTION:A fan 11 for ventilating blast is mounted within an exhaust tube 10. Separately from the fan a blower 29 for feeding air for combustion to a heating bowl 19 is installed. The blower 29 and a variable motor 36 for running the blower are removably mounted outside a ventilator 9. Although this method needs one extra blower 29, it is possible to feed the air matching a kerosine quantity, whereby blast is normally produced by a blue frame to obtain dried cereals of good quality, and besides unexpected extinguishment is prevented from occurring even if a blue flame is reduced to a small size.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping of fuel drops formed in a lower part on a distal end side of a nozzle, thus, prevent the dropped fuel drops from reaching outside and determine an abnormality of the nozzle.
      SOLUTION: In this infrared radiation heater, a combustion chamber cylindrical body for defining a combustion chamber inside is arranged approximately horizontally. A burner is provided on one end side of the combustion chamber cylindrical body, and includes the nozzle arranged approximately horizontally, a combustion fan for pressure-feeding combustion air toward the distal end side of the nozzle, and a turning blade for turning the combustion air pressure-fed by the combustion fan on the distal end side of the nozzle. A heat release opening within the combustion chamber is provided on the other end side of the combustion chamber cylindrical body, and a radiation body for radiating infrared rays is provided in the heat release opening. The turning blade includes an air blowout part for blowing out the combustion air toward the lower part on the distal end side of the nozzle.

    • PURPOSE:To produce stable evaporated gas, by a method wherein a heater tube is disposed on the forward end side from the vicinity of a fuel nozzle in a manner to coincide with the size of a blow tube, and revolving blade is formed on the heater tube and a combustion cylinder is joined with the forward end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A heater tube 8, having size almost equal to that of a flow tube and a heat applying heater 7 buried therein, is attached to the forward end of a blow tube 1, the projection of the revolving blade 9 is integrally formed at the inner side of the heater tube 8 and in front of a fuel nozzle 4, and a combustion cylinder 10 is joined with the forward end of the heater tube 1. This causes fine particle, discharged through a combustion nozzle, to be converted into uniform gasified gas with a fine grain size, and enables conversion of diffusion combustion into blue flame combustion of fuel-air premixture. Moreover, the revolving blade is formed in the heater tube, and this improves promotion of evaporation and mixing of the air for combustion, and enables enlargement of a stable region with regard to a variation in an air-fuel ratio.
