    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starry sky display apparatus with a simple configuration, in which the influence of surrounding objects and light reflection is suppressed, and in which a sharp star object group, with the sense of depth, and desired background are created and displayed, and which can be used as a regular mirror. SOLUTION: The starry sky display apparatus 1 is formed, by scattering a number of light transmission holes 4, 4a and 4b in a reflecting film 3 of a magic mirror 2 and a light filter 8 of light transparency is arranged on the rear side of the reflective film. A light R is emitted from a light source 5 of the rear side of the optical filter, and the light passes through the optical filter and the magic mirror and comes to the front side of the magic mirror, and thereby, the star object group, corresponding to the number of light transmission holes, is created.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate repair and maintenance of a luminous body to prevent an electric decoration effect from being reduced by dust accumulated in a hole.
      SOLUTION: Each LED lamp 2 is mounted to the back surface of a plate material 3 by a mounting means 4 so that the LED lamp 2 can be seen from the front surface; the wiring part 7 of the LED lamp 2 is passed through the inside 5 of the mounting means 4; and the LED lamp 2 is fixed to the mounting means 4 by a fixing material 8. The plate material 3 has LED lamp lighting holes 9 formed by piercing in the surface direction; each mounting means 4 has an LED lamp insertion hole 10, and wire extraction openings 11; and the LED lamp 2 has a light emitting part 13 for which the upper surface 12 is disposed so as to be flush with the upper surface of the LED lighting hole 9, and a holding part 14 embracing the light emitting part 13. The light emitting part 13 inserted from the LED lamp insertion hole 10 is inserted into and fixed to the LED lamp lighting hole 9; the LED lamp wiring part 7 is extended from the LED lamp 2 and extracted from the wire extraction opening 11; and the fixing material 8 fixes the LED lamp wiring part 7 and/or a lower part of the holding part 14 to the mounting means 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively realize stage direction illumination such as a water surface pattern or a starry sky pattern in a light-emitting panel device carrying out plane light emission.
      SOLUTION: The light-emitting panel device 1 is provided with a translucent plate 2, a reflecting plate 3 set in opposition to the translucent plate 2 to reflect light, a light guide space 4 formed between the translucent plate 2 and the reflecting plate 3, and a light source part 5 irradiating light in the light guide space 4. An uneven light-transmitting layer 22a having a light transmittance distribution without periodicity is formed on a rear face 22 outside the light guide space 4 of the translucent plate 2. When light L1 irradiated from the light source part 5 into the light guide space 4 is made reflected at the reflecting plate 3 to be incident into the translucent plate 2, and irradiated outside the light guide space 4 from the translucent plate 2, the irradiated light is to have roughnesses and finenesses without periodicity, and is irregularly distributed. With this, plane light emission giving out the irregular roughnesses and finenesses can be formed, so that state direction illumination such as a water surface pattern and a starry sky pattern can be easily formed at low cost without the need of any complicated light control.
