    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems on a bearing, generally, a ball bearing which may be used in a vacuum atmosphere in the processes of manufacturing semiconductors, that it is difficult to endure bidirectional high load from the point of structural property, and on a conventional cross roller bearing that contact portions are fixed in severe environment or inconvenient dusting occurs. SOLUTION: The cross roller bearing comprises an inner ring having a V-groove in the outer diameter, an outer ring having a V-groove in the inner diameter, and rollers arranged in the V-grooves of the inner ring and the outer ring via a spacer retainer in an alternately crossing manner. Spacers are provided on the tops and the bottoms of the rollers which contact the V-grooves via the spacers. In the cross roller bearing, the tops and the bottoms of the rollers have no direct contact with the V-grooves of the inner ring and the outer ring, and so the contact portions are less fixed thereto and inconvenient dusting less occurs.
