    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device or the like allowing an upper surface of a cap fitted into a mounting hole of a guide rail to be flush with an upper surface of the guide rail.SOLUTION: In the linear guide device 1 in which a slider 3 linearly moves along the guide rail 2, a mounting hole 6 for inserting a fixing member 5 for fixing the guide rail 2 to a part to be mounted is formed in the guide rail 2. The linear guide device includes a cap 7 closing the mounting hole 6. A first screw part 11a coaxial with the mounting hole 6 is arranged in the cap 7. A second screw part screwed with the first screw part 11a is arranged in the mounting hole 6. The position of the cap 7 in the mounting hole 6 is adjusted by rotating the cap 7 in the mounting hole 6 to change the position of the first screw part 11a relative to the second screw part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a cover member on a groove in the upper face of a guide rail with a simple structure in a linear guide device. SOLUTION: A groove 13 extending in the whole longitudinal direction is formed in the upper face 12 of a guide rail 1 with a width that allows the whole opening of a mounting hole 4 to be arranged in the groove 13. Each wall face 13a of the groove 13 is formed almost vertically with respect to the bottom face 13b. A cover belt 5 comprises a bottom plate 51 and each side plate 52 rising from axial both ends of the bottom plate 51 respectively at an obtuse angle. The size of the bottom plate 51 is configured such that the width is slightly narrower than the bottom face 13b of the groove 13 and the length is the same as that of the groove 13. The cover belt 5 is fitted into the groove 13 of the guide rail 1 from above with the side plate 52 side facing upward. By this, the bottom plate 51 of the cover belt 5 is brought into contact with the bottom face of the groove 13 so as to allow the side plates 52 to be mounted to the wall faces 13a of the groove 13 in an elastically-deformed state.
