    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof window of E and EW kind having at least one panel of prestressed monolithic window (functional window) in an appropriate window frame system without any disadvantages of a conventional technique, wherein resistance to a thermal load is enhanced by practically increasing a window surface area of the fire-proof window even though the thickness of an individual window glass is the same or thinner.
      SOLUTION: The fireproof window is a fireproof group E by DIN EN357 including a window frame system 1, 6 and at least one panel 2 of a thermal or chemical prestressed monolithic fireproof window glass provided in the window frame system. At least one panel 2 of the window glass of the thermal or chemical prestressed monolithic fireproof glass contains high-temperature molten aluminosilicate glass with a softening point of 875°C and the aluminosilicate glass has a consistency η at the softening point of logη=7.6. Furthermore, at least one panel of the thermal or chemical prestressed monolithic fireproof window glass 2 has bending strength of 100N/mm
      2 or more and is substantially impermeable against ultraviolet rays.
