    • PURPOSE:To easily determine DNA constituting base arrangement, by transferring a separated and developed lines by superposing an accumulative fluorescent sheet to a gel body which is obtained by subjecting a substance wherein a radioactive label is applied to DNA or a DNA partial decomposition product to separation development while scanning the transferred sheet by an electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION:A developed line obtained by subjecting a substance wherein a radioactive label such as P is applied to DNA or a DNA partial decomposition product to separation development by using a crosslinked polyacrylamide type gel electropholetic medium is subjected to the absorption of radioactive energy and, thereafter, irradiated with an electromagnetic wave (exciting light) such as infrared rays. Subsequently, an accumulative fluorescent sheet capable of emitting exhaustive fluorescent is superposed to transfer the developed line to said sheet.     • PURPOSE:To easily determine base arrangement, in performing the separative development of DNA split decomposition products having radioactive label applied thereto on a support medium for electrophoretic separation, by separating and developing a mixture comprising specific split decomposition products of four DNA constitutional bases on the same support medium as internal reference. CONSTITUTION:Respective specific split and decomposed products to which radioactive labels are applied of four bases, that is, guanine G, adenine A, thymine T and cytosine C are mixed to be used internal reference substances. One or more of specific split and decomposed products of bases to be measured to which radioactive labels are applied are developed on one support medium so as to simultaneously form separated and developed lines in parallel to the intenal reference substances. By this method, for example, the developed line 1 of G, the developed line 2 of G+A, the developed line 4 of T and C and the developed line 5 of C are obtained on one support medium along with the developed line 3 of the internal reference substances. These developed lines are transferred to an X-ray film to be made visible. By this method, the determination of base arrangement is performed easily and accurately.
