    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant material which can be molded with an injection molding machine and does not undergo deterioration of physical properties and to provide a molded body comprising the flame-retardant material.
      SOLUTION: The molded body is produced by injection molding a flame-retardant material which comprises a decomposed polypropylene resin 10 prepared by reducing the molecular weight of a polypropylene resin by melt-kneading the polypropylene resin with an organic peroxide, and an inorganic filler 11 being calcium carbonate, talc, wollastonite, or mica and in which the weight-average molecular weight of the decomposed polypropylene resin 10 is 90,000-150,000, and the mixing ratio between the polypropylene resin and the inorganic filler 11 is 90/10 to 20/80 in terms of a mass ratio (polypropylene resin/inorganic filler).
