    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack epoxy resin composition having both fast hardening property and storage stability, and a latent curing agent for obtaining the same, and to provide an anisotropic conductive material, a conductive adhesive material, an insulating adhesive material, an encapsulant, and the like obtaining high storage stability and high connecting reliability, adhesive strength and high encapsulation ability even under low temperature or short time hardening conditions. SOLUTION: A capsule type curing agent comprises a core containing an amine type curing agent A and a capsule membrane covering the core. The capsule membrane has a bonding group (x) absorbing infrared rays of a wave number of 1630 to 1680 cm -1 and/or a bonding group (y) absorbing infrared rays of a wave number of 1680 to 1725 cm -1 , and contains a cured material of epoxy resin with the amine type curing agent A as a curing agent, and the weight ratio of the core and the capsule membrane is 100:1 to 100:100. In a 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of the capsule membrane, the ratio of a largest peak height between 37 to 47 ppm to a largest peak height between 47 to 57 ppm is not lower than 3.
