    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloration waterproofing construction method using a polymer cement composition for coloration waterproofing free from tackiness (stickiness feeling) in a coating film after drying, having excellent water resistance, colorability, quick-drying and substrate cracking followability under the temperature condition of -10°C, and applicable to the waterproof finish of various buildings. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a coloration waterproofing construction method comprising a stage where the surface of a structure is coated with a polymer cement composition for coloration waterproofing, and drying is performed, so as to provide a polymer cement composition coating film for coloration waterproofing (colored coating film waterproof layer), wherein, the polymer cement composition for coloration waterproofing comprises: a hydraulic component composed of alumina cement, portland cement and plaster; and a resin emulsion, the solid content of the resin emulsion is 215 to 380 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic component, and the glass transition temperature of the resin emulsion is -40 to -5°C.
