    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a modified sulfur material, with which a rate of void generation during manufacturing can be reduced efficiently, and a modified sulfur material having excellent bending strength can be easily obtained.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes following steps: (a) mixing a modified sulfur bonding material, containing polysulfide obtained by reacting sulfur and a sulfur modifying agent, with a fine aggregate having a particle size, which passes nominal opening of 1.00 mm of a JIS standard sieve, at 120-150°C to obtain a modified sulfur intermediate material to solidify; (b1) reheating the modified sulfur intermediate material prepared in the step (a) at 120-135°C; (b2) pre-heating the aggregate at a temperature at the reheating temperature or above; (c) mixing the melt of the modified sulfur intermediate material preheated in the step (b1) with the aggregate preheated in the step (b2) by a kneader preheated to 120-135°C; and (d) placing the mixture obtained in the step (c) in a mold and applying vibration.
    • 要解决的问题:提供一种改性硫材料的制造方法,能够有效地降低制造时的空隙率,能够容易地获得具有优异的弯曲强度的改性硫磺材料。 以下步骤:(a)将含有通过硫和硫改性剂反应得到的多硫化物的改性硫键材料与通过JIS标准筛的标称开口1.00mm的粒径的细骨料混合, 150℃,得到改性硫中间体固化; (b1)在120-135℃下对步骤(a)中制备的改性硫中间体进行再加热; (b2)在再加热温度以上的温度下预热集料; (c)通过预热至120-135℃的捏合机将步骤(b1)中预热的改性硫中间体的熔体与步骤(b2)中预热的聚集体混合; 和(d)将步骤(c)中获得的混合物放置在模具中并施加振动。
