    • PURPOSE: To supply liquid in an extremely accurate manner, by stopping the operation of a liquid supply pump at the time point when the amount of liquid already supplied is less than a prescribed amount of liquid to be supplied finally by an amount of excess liquid supply predicted before reaching the prescribed amount of liquid to be supplied finally.
      CONSTITUTION: In a liquid supply system 1 shown in the drawing, the amount of liquid that has been already supplied is measured by a flow meter 10, measuring circuit 19, etc. before it reaches a prescribed amount of liquid to be supplied finally, and the amount of liquid supplied after stoppage of a motor 2 for driving a liquid supply pump 7 is predicted by a calculating circuit 6 from the amount of liquid that has been supplied already. When the total amount of liquid that has been supplied by the time reaches a value obtained by subtracting the predicted amount of excess liquid from the prescribed final amount of liquid to be supplied, operation of the motor 2 is stopped. Calculating circuit required for performing the above calculation can be constituted easily by employing a micro-computor or the like. Therefore, it is enabled to omit complicated valve driving mechanisms that has been required heretofore and to achieve extremely accurate constant-supply of liquid since error is not made in predicting the amount of excess supplied liquid so long as substantial change is caused in the discharge rate of the pump 7.
