    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a mold for forming a rotor.SOLUTION: In a webbing take-up device, when a V gear 38 is rotated in a take-up direction, a limit body 66 is rotated to a limit position by a friction force. Thus, when the V gear 38 is suddenly rotated in a pulling direction in reaction to the stopped rotation in the take-up direction, the limit body 66 limits swinging of a W pawl 44 in an operation direction to suppress locking of webbing pulling out from a spool. An insertion part 68A of a friction spring 68 of the limit body 66 is locked in a locking part 60 of a support hole 58 and an abutting part 62. An expanded part 64 is formed in an open side part of the support hole 58, and the support hole 58 is expanded at a position other than the locking part 60 of the open side part more than the position of the locking part 60. Thus, even when the minimum diameter of the support hole 58 is reduced, the strength of the forming part of the support hole 58 in a mold for forming the V gear 38 is increased to prolong the life of the mold.

    • An automatic positioning winder comprises a lower cover (1), an upper cover (2) fixedly connected with the lower cover (1), a winding device quipped between the lower and upper covers, entering and outgoing line holes (10, 11) formed in the lateral walls of the lower and upper covers respectively. The winding device consists of a centre pillar (34) provided in center of the upper part of the lower cover, a turning wheel (4) sleeved on the centre pillar, a brake component (5) provided in the upper part of the lower cover and a vulture spring (6) fixed inside of the turning wheel. An annular groove (7) is formed on the bottom part of the turning wheel and the bottom of the annular groove is flat. A positioning device (8) is provided in the annular groove for separating the annular groove. The annular groove is divided into guiding groove (9) by the positioning device. The brake component can be embedded into the guiding groove and moves relatively along the guiding groove (9) when the turning wheel (4) rotates.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord reel for easily adjusting the arrangement position of a cord reel body on the way of a cord. SOLUTION: The cord reel includes a first bobbin 4 and a second bobbin 5 on which the cords 2 are wound, respectively, a bobbin energizing means 6 for consistently energizing both bobbins 4, 5 in the winding direction, and a bobbin linking means 7 for linking both bobbins 4, 5 with each other. The bobbin linking means 7 restricts the rotation of both bobbins 4, 5 in the winding direction in a state that both the cords 2 are not operated in the pay-out direction, permits the rotation of one bobbin in the pay-out direction and the rotation of the other bobbin in linkage with one bobbin in the winding direction when the cords 2 are operated by an operating force not exceeding a set value in the pay-out direction, and cancels the linkage of both the bobbins 4, 5 with each other and links both the bobbins 4, 5 with each other to rotate only the bobbin at the operation side in the pay-out direction when the cords 2 are operated by operating forces exceeding the set value in a pay-out direction.
