    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid incorrect detection of lock of a motor subjected to stop control while holding a position of the motor, and stop the motor with the position of the motor being held.SOLUTION: A motor control device includes: a motor lock state determination unit 23 that determines as to whether a motor 5 is in a lock state from rotation information of the motor 5; a position hold state determination unit 24 that determines as to whether the motor 5 is in a position hold state; a lock detection disablement determination unit 25 that disables the determination of the motor 5 in the lock state when the motor 5 is in the position hold state and predetermined conditions defined in advance are satisfied; a position error correction unit 26 that corrects an error relative to a target stop position of the motor 5 to be within a predetermined range when the rotation of the motor 5 is stopped in a lock disabled period; and a motor control unit 27 that controls to change a direction of rotation of the motor 5 in a time period shorter than a time period in which the motor 5 is determined to be in the lock state, when the motor 5 is in the position hold state and after the correction of the error.
