    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a venting container that quickly exhausts steam after an initial cooking cycle and cooks crisper, fresh and more valuable food products.
      SOLUTION: The cooker has a tubular body portion having at least one open end and a cap engaged with the open end. The cap has an upper end and a lower end defining an intermediate area between them. The tubular body portion and the cap are partially sealed by a friction force produced from a boundary between protrusions arranged in both the tubular body portion and the cap, facing each other and radially extended. The friction forces are opposite to each other and finally overcome by a steam pressure produced from the interior of the container and consequently moved from a closed position to an exhausting position.
