The first wing portion and the second wing portion respectively have first fitting portions and second fitting portions, and the first fitting portions are fitted with the second fitting portions to position the first sheet body and the second sheet body perpendicular to each other.

SOLUTION: A pallet 1 contains a plurality of hinges having flip members 2 which can be easily turned with hand between the first non extended position and the second extended position. When the flip members are placed at the non extended positions, cavities 9 made by legs 8 of the pallet are exposed. When the flip members are placed at the positions described above, vacant pallets can be stacked up in a telescopic manner. It is preferable that bar members 4 act as guiding means to cause the pallet received during a telescopic stacking up step to be slipped and slid to its correct position. When the flip members are placed at the extended positions and cover the cavities of the legs, it is possible to stack up the pallets. Each of the hinges acts as legs for supporting members of the received pallets. It is also preferable that angular bar members 3 are fixed to a rectangular frame 10, act as edges of the pallet and rubber blocks are bundled with ropes at their both sides of the pallet by a ring 6 at the base.
