    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure hardly causing loosening to a screw fastened part between the male screw 22m of a first screw 20 part and the female screw 32w of a second screw part.
      SOLUTION: A vehicle acoustic apparatus disclosed herein includes: the first screw part 20 comprising a cylinder 22 on the outer circumferential face of which the male screw 22m is formed and a collar body 24 provided to a base end part of the cylinder 22; a ring shaped elastic body 25 mounted around the cylinder 22 of the first screw part 20 and bound by the collar body 24 from the axial direction; a ring shaped member 32 configured to bind the elastic body 25 from the opposite side of the guard body 24 of the first screw part 20; and the second screw part formed to the inner circumferential face of the ring shaped member 32 comprising the female screw 32w to which the male screw 22m of the first screw part 20 can be screw-fastened, and a vibrator 30 is fitted to an interior panel 12 in a state that the male screw 22m of the first screw part 20 is screw-fastened to the female screw 32w of the second screw part and the elastic body 25 is elastically deformed while being sandwiched between the collar body 24 of the first screw part 20 and the ring shaped member 32 of the second screw part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker device which efficiently transmits vibrations generated from an actuator part of a composite speaker to an interior material.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle speaker device 11 is attached to an interior material (ceiling base material 20) of a vehicle and includes: a composite speaker 14 having a medium and high sound area speaker part 12 for outputting medium and high tone sound and a plate like actuator part 13 for outputting low tone sound; and a transmitting member 15 disposed between the actuator part and the interior member and transmitting vibrations of the actuator part to the interior material. The medium and high sound area speaker part of the composite speaker is placed on the vehicle cabin interior side, and the actuator part of the composite speaker is placed on the vehicle cabin exterior side. The actuator part is placed at the vehicle cabin exterior side of the interior material, and the transmitting member is placed in a position at the vehicle cabin exterior side of the interior material which is located between the interior member and the actuator part.
