    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress discomfort felt by a driver and to stop a follow up system.SOLUTION: The vehicular control system comprises: a first travel control part for setting first target drive force T1 based on preceding vehicle information and controlling a drive source based on the first target drive force T1 in an operation state of the follow up system. The vehicular control system further comprises a second travel control part for setting second target drive force T2 based on drive operation of the driver and controlling the drive source based on the second target drive force T2 in a stop state of the follow up system. When the follow up system is switched from the operation state to the stop state, third target drive force T3a which changes from the first target drive force T1 to the second target drive force T2 is set and the drive source is controlled based on the third target drive force T3a by a third travel control part. The third travel control part changes change rate of the third target drive force T3a set after cancel operation and change rate of the third target drive force set after brake operation.
