摘要：たとえばポリマーマトリックス中に充填材としての微粉化粒子をほぼ６０容積％以上含むような高充填複合材料を、揮発性の溶媒中にポリマーを溶解させ、充填材を添加し、高剪断混合によって均一な混合物を形成させることによって作製する。次いで、混合物の内部での均一性を保持しながら、好ましくは高剪断ミル中で蒸発させることによって、ほとんどの溶媒を除去する。次に、押出し成形により複合材料を薄い層にして、たとえば加熱によって残存している溶媒を除去する。乾燥させた層からボディを形成するが、それを加熱および加圧して溶融させ、溶融ポリマーを充填材粒子の間の隙間に分散させる。こうすることによって、低固形分含量では使用できないある種のポリマーが、高固形分含量で効果的な結合材料となる。電子回路のための基板も含めた物品の電気的、物理的性質に合わせて充填材材料を選択することができる。好適なポリマーは、シクロヘキサノンに可溶な特定のポリアリーレンエーテルである。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional base product without the need of a mold or a compression process.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional base product includes (a) a step of preparing a slurry composition containing an inorganic powder, a binder and a solvent, (b) a step of forming a slurry layer composed of the slurry composition, (c) a step of removing the solvent of the slurry layer from the upper surface of the slurry layer so as to form a base layer having two or more holes from the slurry layer, (d) a step of scanning the base layer with an energy beam having an output enough to evaporate or burn the binder so as to make the evaporated or burned binder flow out from the base layer through the holes and leave the inorganic powder unbound by the binder and (e) a step of repeating the steps (d) to (b).

摘要： Disclosed are artificial marble and a method of manufacturing the same. The artificial marble has a natural aesthetic pattern like a flowing pattern to exhibit an equivalent or superior texture to that of natural marble. Further, as the artificial marble is prepared by placing an uncured marble resin sheet or block in a mold and pressing, the artificial marble has excellent mechanical strength and gloss and does not contain bubbles therein even after pressing at a low temperature and a low pressure.

Retention members 52, etc. for preventing the dislocation of the pipe end 91 are mounted at the insertion and mounting hole 53 of the block body 51. A block body casting mold 1 includes a frame-shaped outer mold 3 which casts the outer surface of the block body 51 and an inner mold 4 which is disposed within the frame of the outer mold 3 and which casts the insertion and mounting hole 53 of the block body 51. The inner mold 4 is configured by assembling divided mold members 10, 11, 12 together. The divided mold member 12 is a substantially tube-shaped elastic member for supporting the retention members 52, etc.
