摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of separating and recovering copper wires and coating materials obtained by carbonizing a coat of a coated wire in a short time.SOLUTION: A recycle system 1 for a coated wire comprises: a continuous carbonization apparatus 2 which separates and recovers coating materials and copper wires by pyrolysis of a coated wire 14 under an oxygen-free or low oxygen atmosphere using electric heaters 36 and microwave irradiation and further using heating means using superheated steam; a catalytic gas purification device 3 which purifies decomposition gas generated in the continuous carbonization apparatus 2; and a hydrogen chloride absorption column 4 which removes hydrogen chloride generated by the pyrolysis of the coated wire 14. The continuous carbonization apparatus 2 includes a one stage or two or more stages pyrolysis chamber 30. The pyrolysis chamber 30 is provided with rotatable eccentric plates having a fire grate directly receiving the coated wire 14, and a coat is carbonized and peeled at a plate part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently and inexpensively producing a recycled carbon fiber with superior handleability by using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) as a raw material, and to provided a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the recycled carbon fiber comprises: a carbonization and dry distillation furnace 101 that includes a box-shaped body part 105, a carbonization and dry distillation chamber 102 for storing CFRP 40 therein, a combustion chamber 103 provided with a burner 104 and a heating chamber 115 formed in a space between the body part 105 and the carbonization and dry distillation chamber 102; and a continuous furnace 26 that continuously heats CFRP 25 after dry distillation to remove a part of fixed carbon. The carbonization and dry distillation furnace 101 of the apparatus for producing the recycled carbon fiber has a steam generator 105 that supplies steam with 100°C or higher but 700°C or lower to the carbonization and dry distillation chamber 102.

The waste-tire recycling system includes a pyrolyzing unit for pyrolyzing a waste tire by using a pyrolysis reactor, in which a CO or N gas circulates as a carrier gas, a decomposed residue processing unit for crushing a decomposed residue pyrolyzed by the pyrolysis reactor to separate the decomposed residue into carbon and an iron core, an oil collecting unit for cooling and condensing an exhaust gas discharged from the pyrolysis reactor to recover heavy oil from the gas, a carbon processing unit for supplying a heat source to the circulating carrier gas by using a hot exhaust gas generated when the carbon separated from the decomposed residue is burned up, and operating a steam turbine and an absorption refrigerator to generate electricity and cold water, an exhaust gas processing unit for clarifying the exhaust gas discharged from the carbon processing unit to discharge the clarified gas in an atmosphere, and recovering a part of the CO or N gas from the exhaust gas.

The vaporization gas exhausted from the furnace part 1 is sent to an introducing pipe 14 and cooled by a cooler 16 and the cooling pipe parts 17a, 17b and a liquified dry distillation oil flows down and is stored in an oil tank 18.
