    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient durability, even if the hole finishing of a high hard material is carried out under a high speed cutting condition.
      SOLUTION: A tool main body 10 is formed in a columnar shape as a whole and its base end side formed to a shank part 11 and its tip side is formed to a back part 12 whose diameter is gradually expanded toward the tip direction. A cutting edge 20 is constituted by arranging CBN sintered body 21 on the base end side and a high hard metal 22 on the tip side while joining them and formed in a polygon shape or so that one side of the polygon is an arc shape in view of the tip surface and has a taper off part 23 toward the tip side and a straight part 24 succeeding to the base end side of this taper part. A reamer is constituted by sticking the base end surface of the cutting edge 20 to the tip surface 13 of the tool main body 10. The hole finishing of the high hard material is carried out by using this reamer at the rotation speed of peripheral speed 50-300 m/min.
