    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously hammering device for continuous casting of a cast piece having high durability for a long period of time having high durability capable of continuously hammering the cast piece in a transverse direction with prescribed impact energy at prescribed impact vibration frequencies and enabling continuous use for a long period of time even if the cast piece is subjected to large impact at high frequencies while being exposed to the radiation heat from the cast piece of a high temperature, scale, water, etc. SOLUTION: The continuous hammering device comprises: a hammering member 22 for hammering the cast piece 1; a compression springs 30 for biasing the hammering member toward the cast piece; a cam mechanism 32 which moves the hammering member in the direction in which the hammering member separates from the cast piece, thereby compressing the compression springs, and then allows the hammering member to move freely; and a main body 14 for supporting the hammering member, the compression springs, and the cam mechanism. In hammering operation, the cam mechanism 32 is separated from the hammering member 22 and allows the hammering member to accelerate freely. Thereby, the compression energy of the compression springs 30 is converted into kinetic energy of the hammering member 22, and the hammering member 22 collides with the cast piece 1, and thereby the predetermined hammering energy is applied to the cast piece.     • PURPOSE:To form a casting texture of a fine regular crystal having excellent processability by supplying continuously an oscillation transmission body having the same quality as the quality of a molten metal into the molten metal pool in a casting mold on a charging side in such a way that the front end thereof is dipped in the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal 4 is charged into a well 3 and a solidified cast ingot 5 is drawn continuously from the opening at the bottom end. An ultrasonic wave transmission body 6 having the same quality as the quality of the molten metal 4 is supplied at a specified speed by means of pinch rolls 7 into the molten metal 4 in the wall 3. The horn 8a of an ultrasonic oscillator 8 is pressed to the body 6 between the rolls 7 and the well 8 and an ultrasonic oscillation is applied to the body 6, whereby the ultrasonic oscillation is applied to the molten metal 4 in the well 3 through the body 6 and the molten metal is cast continuously.

To prevent the temp. from rising above prescribed temp., the temp. of discharge water is detected with thermocouples and is monitored with the panel 7.
