    • PURPOSE:To offer a forming equipment of a pipe, etc. whose mill rigidity is high and whose shearing strain is scarcely generated at a high working speed by holding and connecting plural ring-shaped tools by an independent member, and making at least one of the tools eccentric and also inclining it. CONSTITUTION:A long column body such as a pipe 24, etc. into which a mandrel has been inserted is advanced into a rolling device. By stopping a rotation of ring-shaped tools 1, 3 of both sides, a central ring-shaped tool 2 is inclined, made eccentric and held in a tool holding member 9. When a gear 12 is driven in the direction going toward the rear side from the surface in the upper part 29, an advance force is applied to the tube 24 by the tool 2 and the forming is advanced in a spiral shape. When the ring-shaped tools 1, 3 are formed to a structure inclined forward and backward, the tools 1, 3 are inclined in the direction for decreasing the frictional force. CONSTITUTION:A rolling device for reducing the wall thickness at the end part of a seamless pipe is constituted of a mandrel 13, which is inserted in the inside of the end part of a blank pipe 6 to support the pipe 6, and a rolling roll 14B which rotates to subject the pipe 6 to rolling reduction in its radial direction and revolves around the pipe 6 at the same time while being in rolling contact with the outer circumference of the pipe 6 mounted on the mandrel 13. The pipe 6 end 6A is formed into a circular arcuate shape by gradually reducing the outer diameter, of the end part 6A to be rolled of the pipe 6, in a smoothly curved shape along the axial direction of pipe 6 with the aid of the rolling roll 14B.

    • PURPOSE:To enable desired adjustment of a feed angle by fitting a rotary housing and an inner housing freely rotatably into a stationary housing and rotating these housings in one body. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical stationary housing 1 is stuck to a frame 2, and a rotary housing 4 provided with a screw down device 3 is fitted freely rotatably in the housing 1.
