In the present invention, the pump chamber (46) is air-tightly sealed relative to outside air by an at least partially flexible diaphragm (34) having an air-tight property at an outer side of the discharge apparatus at a piston side, and an edge end (36) of the diaphragm (34) is fixedly bonded to a housing (10) of the discharge apparatus. It is used for the discharge apparatus accompanying with a high requirement matter regarding sealing relative to intrusion of an impurity.
