摘要： The device (1) has a filter element (3) inserted into a filter housing (2). A covering part (6) comprises a covering plate (7) attached on a front side of the filter element. The covering part comprises a flow pipe (8) and a support pipe (9), which encompasses the flow pipe. An end plate (16) closes a front side of the device. A fluid area (13) is formed for fluid in the covering part. The fluid area is limited by a side of the covering plate that is axially turned away from the filter element and a side of the support pipe that is radially turned away from the flow pipe.

The threaded portion threadably interacts with a complementary threaded portion of a filter mounting to retain the filter cartridge to the filter mounting. The disclosure also pertains to a fluid filter with filter media positioned within a filter cartridge by an end cap with extending ribs welded to one of the two shells which compose the filter cartridge.

摘要： The chrysanthemum-shaped element is in a cylindrical shape in which folds are formed and inner surfaces of adjacent folds are bonded at their top and bottom edges. The chrysanthemum-shaped element includes (A) an element body composed of a filter medium having a filter paper and a low-melting fiber layer formed on a surface of the filter paper on the inner surface side of the folds at least at the top and bottom edges of the filter paper; and (B) bonding sections formed at the top and bottom edges on inner surfaces of the folds by heat-adhesion of the low-melting fiber layer. The low-melting fiber layer is made of a fiber having a lower melting point than that of filter paper materials that form the filter paper and/or compound fibers which contain a fiber of a lower melting point than that of the filter paper material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chrysanthemum type element with a filter medium eliminating the need to be coated with an adhesive which enables a filtration area that the filter medium originally has to be sufficiently used and is excellent in filtration efficiency and filtration life, and to provide its manufacturing method, a filter, and a fluid filter.
SOLUTION: The chrysanthemum type element has folds and has a cylindrical shape with the upper ends and the lower ends of the inner surfaces of adjacent folds to be joined with each other. The chrysanthemum type element is provided with (A) an element main body comprising the filter medium which is provided with filter paper and low-melting-point fiber layers formed at least on the upper end and the lower end of the surface of the filter paper to be at the inner surface side of the fold and (B) jointing parts which are formed at the upper end and the lower end of the inner surface of the fold and are formed by heat-welding the low-melting-point fiber layers. The low-melting-point fiber layer is made of fiber (for example, PP fiber or the like) with a melting point lower than that of a filter paper material (for example, PET fiber or the like) forming the filter paper and/or conjugated fiber containing fiber with a melting point lower than that of the filter paper material.
