    • PURPOSE:To crush generated foam and to prevent the clogging in nozzles by dividing the inside of a main body in the horizontal longitudinal direction to form plural vessels, providing impellers in the respective vessel and supplying the content to the succeeding vessels by the dischargers in the lower part of the respective vessels. CONSTITUTION:A material to be treated such as a monomer, solvent or the like from which volatile matter is to be removed is put through an inlet nozzle 29a for a content into the 1st vessel 24a in a main body 21 where part of the volatile matter is evaporated under the reduced pressure. The content expanding in a flushing state is pressed to the inside wall surface of the body 21 by an impeller 26a, by which the content is made into a thin film and is moved downward. The content falls to the lower part from the wall surface of the 1st vessel 24a and is meshed by a gear pump 27a, by which the content is delivered through an outlet nozzle 30a. The volatile matter is similarly evaporated in the 2nd vessel 24b and the 3rd vessel 24c as well, and the content is discharged through an outlet nozzle 30c to the outside of the system.
