    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of calibrating a radiation therapy system. SOLUTION: The method of calibrating the radiation therapy system includes a process for calibrating a radiation therapy source system, wherein the process has: a step of preparing beforehand the radiation therapy source and a reference marker embedded in an object put on a position prescribed for the center of the rotation of an imager; a step of directing a therapeutic radiation to the object and the imager; and a step of generating an image of the reference marker with the therapeutic radiation by the angle increment of the position of the radiation therapy source and the imager. In addition, the method includes a process for calibrating a cone beam computer fault image system, wherein the process has: a step of directing an X-ray beam to the object and a flat panel image container; a step of generating an image of the reference marker with the X-ray beam by the angle increment of the position of a kV-X-ray source and the flat panel image container; a step of deciding a remainder based on the generated image; and a step of generating a cone beam computer image of the next object.
