    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of a laser-activated nano-thermolysis cell elimination technology (LANTCET) using a metallic nanoparticle for a laser therapy of cancer.SOLUTION: A system for increasing a selective and therapeutic thermomechanical damage to a cancer cell, the system including a nano fine particle source connected to a cell chamber storing a medium containing the cancer cell with a flow path, the nano fine particle source being adopted to specifically target the cancer cell, an optical chamber connected to the cell chamber with a flow path, the optical chamber being adopted to receive a targeted cancer cell, an electromagnetic radiation pulse source set to emit a spectrum at a peak wavelength near a peak absorption wavelength of a nano fine particle and to be directed to the targeted cancer cell in the optical chamber, and means connected to the cell chamber with a flow path, the means being to select a cell damaged by a thermomechanical action resulted from absorption of electromagnetic radiation emitted at the peak wavelength, wherein each nano fine particle configures an aggregate of the nano particle.
