    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet nozzle type bathtub with illumination which gives a high-grade feeling and the user of which can simultaneously obtain a physical fatigue restoring effect and a psychic relaxing effect.
      SOLUTION: A unit composed of a cap, a fluid supply member, a light guiding member, and a fixing member is fitted to a plurality of nozzles passed through the bottom wall of a bathtub storing hot water. The cap has a plurality of fluid jetting and light projecting nozzles on its head section and a hollow interior. The fluid supply member is connected to a fluid supply source the front-end opening of which is connected to the hollow interior of the cap and the rear-end opening of which is driven and controlled. The light guiding member is directed toward a lighting source the front end face of which is directed toward the hollow interior of the cap and the rear end of which is driven and controlled. The fixing member fixes and supports the fluid supply member and light guiding member to and on the bottom wall of the bathtub.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing apparatus that enables hyperthermia as comfortable as possible by reducing thermal stimulus to the skin even when taking a hot water bath above 42°C, that is, by setting sensible temperature in hot water as low as possible, as a bathing apparatus for comfortable hyperthermia.
      SOLUTION: The bathing apparatus for hyperthermia is constituted so that an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) lowering device 3 that lowers oxidation reduction potential by making water pass through in contact with vitreous inorganic particles contained in a permeable container is arranged in a bathtub 4, and sensors 5, 6 for measuring water temperature and the body temperature are each provided in this bathtub 4, and a hot-water feeding/warming device which is capable of supplying hot water by a boiler 8 with a temperature adjusted in accordance with a temperature difference measured by these sensors 5, 6 or capable of warming by a heater 9 using gas or an electric heater is included. The oxidation reduction potential of water in the bathtub is reduced by the water oxidation reduction potential lowering device. As a result, in the hot water of 43°C for example, the sensible temperature lowers at least 1-2°C, to enable hyperthermia by taking a bath free of thermal stress for long hours.
