    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge type artificial knee joint where motility including translation to A/P and/or normal rotation in the axial direction is correct.SOLUTION: A hinge type artificial knee joint 10 includes a constituent element 16 on a tibia side and a constituent element 14 on a femur side. The constituent element on the tibia side is configured to be attendant on the tibia. The constituent element on the tibia side has a support face. The constituent element 14 on the femur side is attendant on the constituent element 16 on the tibia side in a hinge state, and rotates relatively to the constituent element on the tibia side. The constituent element on the femur side includes a medial condyle 30 and a lateral condyle 32. The medial condyle and the lateral condyle have eccentric arrow-like-direction curved faces rotating and performing translation on the support face of the constituent element 16 on the tibia side.
