    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing stabilized rice bran fine powder that does not impair the texture of grain powder such as wheat flour when the stabilized rice bran is mixed therewith.SOLUTION: Lipase and peroxidase in rice bran is deactivated by heating the rice bran with superheated steam after adjusting water content in the rice bran. After drying the rice bran, it is pulverized in an air flow containing liquefied inert gas during a pulverization process into fine powder by a pneumatic pulverizer. Thus, by suppressing the increase of temperature during the pulverization, liquefaction of fat in the rice bran is prevented to suppress coagulation of the fine powder after the pulverization.
