    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization controller for a hydraulic motor capable of quickly synchronizing two winch drums so as to prevent a cargo to be lifted from swaying, when the cargo is lifted together by two winch drums, even when load acting on the two winch drums is small and even when the load distribution differs greatly from each other. SOLUTION: The target effective pressure of first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6 based on the load distribution set by a load distribution setting device 25 is obtained from effective pressure P1 capable of supporting a cargo to be lifted W of the first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6, which is detected by pressure sensors 17 to 20. The deviation between the effective pressure P1 and the target effective pressure is obtained. A correction value that is obtained from a function (k), which decreases as the deviation and effective pressure P1 increase but increases as the deviation and P1 decrease, is added to a reference speed determined by the manipulated variable of a control lever 14 so as to obtain the target speed of the first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6. Then, a control signal corresponding to this target speed is outputted from a controller 16 to electromagnetic proportional valves 21 to 24 controlling motor controlling valves 7, 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the nipping accident and improve the assembling work by constituting a protecting device for covering a cooling fan from a guard consisting of a rough-mesh lattice-like strength member and a fine-mesh guard net for covering the guard. SOLUTION: A guard 5 consisting of a substantially lattice-shaped strength member having a cylindrical part 5a for covering the circumference of a cooling fan 31 and a disc part 5b for covering one surface on an engine 30 side is provided between a radiator 32 and the engine 30. The circumference of the guard 5 is covered with a guard net 6 that is one of attachable and detachable protecting devices. The guard net 6 is formed in a mesh by use of fiber, and the mesh of the net is set small, compared with of the lattice mesh of the guard 5. According to this, the nipping accident to the cooling fan 31 can be prevented. Since the guard net 6 is constituted attachably and detachably, the guard net 6 can be removed and easily cleaned even if dust is adhered thereto.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overheat of an engine by opening a flow control valve of a bypass oil passage which passes a delivery oil passage of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic oil tank when an operation state is detected and a temperature of a cooling water is higher than a predetermined temperature. SOLUTION: When a temperature of engine cooling water is lower than a set temperature, an operation of a remote control valve 13 is detected by a pressure sensor 14. Only when a pedal 13a is operated, a signal for fully closing a bypass flow control valve 15 is outputted from a controller 17 to an electromagnetic proportional valve 18 to make a pilot port 27 operate, whereby all flow from a hydraulic pump 9 is supplied to a hydraulic cylinder 11. Next, when an operation state of the cylinder 11 is detected by the sensor 14 and a temperature detected by a cooling water temperature sensor 19 rises to a predetermined temperature, the valve 15 divides the flow from the pump 9 between a flow to the cylinder 11 and a flow for returning from the valve 15 to the hydraulic oil tank, in response to the cooling water temperature. Accordingly, hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder 11 is reduced, and load of the pump 9 is reduced, whereby overheat of an engine 8 can be prevented.

Then, the sealing member includes first sealing members 40a, 40b and 40c fixed to at least the side section of the first cooling device and a second sealing member 41 forming insertion grooves 42 for inserting the piping member and, at the same time, fixing one side to the wall surface forming section, and the first sealing members and second sealing member are so formed that the other side of the second sealing member and upper surface are in a state to adhere to the first sealing members 40a, 40b and 40c.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and labor concerning the formation of the outer shape of an upper part revolving structure side surface and enhance the efficiency of the assembling workability by mounting a hydraulic fluid tank-side panel on the upper part revolving structure without being directly supported by a hydraulic fluid tank. SOLUTION: A fuel tank 33e, a hydraulic fluid tank 40 and a side cover bracket 10 are installed on an upper frame 41 while regulating their positions to prescribed positions, respectively, so as to form the outer shape of an upper part revolving structure side surface. A hydraulic fluid tank-side panel 111 is arranged so that bolt holes 15a, 16a are matched to bolt holes 15, 16 and fixed by bolts. Namely, the hydraulic fluid tank-side panel 11 is mounted on the fuel tank 33e and the side cover bracket 10. According to this, since the hydraulic fluid tank-side panel is never directly mounted on the hydraulic fluid tank, the regulation of the hydraulic fluid tank panel after the positional regulation of the hydraulic fluid tank is dispensed with, and the shortening of time and reduction in labor in the assembling can be attained.
