    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization controller for a hydraulic motor capable of quickly synchronizing two winch drums so as to prevent a cargo to be lifted from swaying, when the cargo is lifted together by two winch drums, even when load acting on the two winch drums is small and even when the load distribution differs greatly from each other. SOLUTION: The target effective pressure of first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6 based on the load distribution set by a load distribution setting device 25 is obtained from effective pressure P1 capable of supporting a cargo to be lifted W of the first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6, which is detected by pressure sensors 17 to 20. The deviation between the effective pressure P1 and the target effective pressure is obtained. A correction value that is obtained from a function (k), which decreases as the deviation and effective pressure P1 increase but increases as the deviation and P1 decrease, is added to a reference speed determined by the manipulated variable of a control lever 14 so as to obtain the target speed of the first and second hydraulic motors 5, 6. Then, a control signal corresponding to this target speed is outputted from a controller 16 to electromagnetic proportional valves 21 to 24 controlling motor controlling valves 7, 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize the speed of the tip of each rope by controlling the hydraulic fluid quantity to flow in into a hydraulic motor, on the basis of the characteristic quantity of a transmission system for transmitting the driving force of the hydraulic motor to the tip of a rope wound on each winch drum. SOLUTION: The capacity ratio of each hydraulic motor 3a, 3b set by hydraulic motor capacity setting means 101a, 101b, respectively, is controlled to the maximum capacity ratio of each hydraulic motors 3a, 3b by a hydraulic motor capacity synchronizing control means 201. A hydraulic motor fluid flow control means 202 is provided to control the discharge oil quantity carried to the hydraulic motors 3a, 3b on the basis of either one of the capacity of each hydraulic motor 3a, 3b, the reduction gear ratio of each reduction gear 2a, 2b, the outermost layer diameter of each winch drum 1a, 1b, and the winding number on the winch drums 1a, 1b of each rope, or the combination thereof. According to this, the tip speed of each rope can be synchronized, and a comfortable operating environment can be constructed.

Pressure measuring instruments 109a, 110a, 109b, and 110b, an allowable value input device 107 and a control lever 108 are connected to the total effective pressure control device 102. A controllable hydraulic pump is connected to the pump discharge quantity command signal converting device 104. A directional flow control valve and a solenoid proportional relief valve are connected to the command signal converting device 105 for directional flow control valve and to the command signal converting device 106 for solenoid proportional relief valve respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a non-reaction area, where the motor rotating speed is not change to the operation of an operating means by changing the opening of a control valve and the capacities of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor continuously from the operation start of an operating means to the maximum operating positions, respectively. SOLUTION: A controller 5 controls three elements of the valve opening of a control valve 3, the pump capacity of a hydraulic pump 2, the motor capacity of a hydraulic motor 1 so as to begin to change at once from the minimum value of a speed command signal according to the lever operating quantity of an operation part 4 to the maximum value and continue the change to the maximum operating position of the operation part 4. According to this, the motor rotation speed is linearly changed continuously from 0 to the maximum value in proportion to the speed command signal. Thus, the non-reaction area where the motor rotating speed is not changed in compliance with to the change of the speed command signal by the gap between the change end point of the pump capacity and the change start point of the motor capacity can be eliminated.
