    • PURPOSE:To enable variation of oscillation force to an oscillated body, omit labor for exchange of weights and prevent generation of damage of a bearing due to an increase in a number of revolutions, by a method wherein the weight is displaced on the basis of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cam 9 is in a position becoming eccentric in the direction opposite to a control shaft 15 of a displacement of a weight 14 and the weight 14 is displaced by sliding so that the weight 14 becomes most eccentric on the basis of a rotary shaft 4. When a setting plate 11 is fixed to a rotary driving pulley 5 with a bolt 13 and the rotary shaft 4 is turned through the pulley 5, a regulating shaft 7, the cam 9 and the weight 14 also turn along with the rotary shaft 4. The weight 14 is most eccentric on the basis of the rotary shaft 4, the weight 14 generates a high oscillation and the oscillation is transmitted to an oscillated body 1 through a bracket 2. When the bolt 13 is pulled off, the regulating shaft 7 is turned clockwise by 90 deg. and the setting plate 11 is fixed to the rotary pulley 5, the cam 9 is turned clockwise by 90 deg. and an eccentric quantity of the weight 14 is reduced. When the regulating shaft 7 is turned clockwise further by the 90 deg., the cam 9 is turned by the 90 deg., the center of gravity of the weight 14 is positioned on the central axis of the rotary shaft 4 and an oscillation is not generated even if the rotary shaft 4 is turned.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a finished product which has a cleanly smooth surface and is of a homogeneously high strength by providing slant guides on both lateral faces of a concrete shuttering and arranging a linear with a wedge-like cross section shape in such a way that the linear is freely slidable obliquely in the vertical direction with its narrow tip part positioned facing upward. SOLUTION: An elevator cylinder 9 is caused to ascend from the lower part of a concrete shuttering 1, then a linear 4 is pushed down into the concrete shuttering 1, and a backing plate 6 is introduced into a clearance between backing plate stoppers 5 to push up the concrete shuttering 1 and in turn, separate the shuttering 1 from a shuttering mounting table 13. Further, a concrete material for a surface layer is supplied into a clearance between the shuttering 1 and the shuttering mounting table 13 from a supply material 11 for a base layer and a concrete material for a surface layer is supplied into the clearance from a supply material 12 for the surface layer. Next, a vibration is imparted to the base layer and the surface layer using a vibrator 14 with a pressurizing action, while a pressing device 10 is lowered to sequentially mold the base layer and the surface layer by pressing, and thus both layers are molded. After the completion of the molding process, a finished product, held between the backing plate 6 and the pressing device 10, is drawn out downward from the shuttering 1. The linear 4 descends with the finished product, then both liner 4 and the finished product are moved somewhat to the outside following a guide 3, and the liner 4 is separated from the texture of the finished product. Consequently, it is possible to obtain the homogeneous finished product with a cleanly smooth surface.
