    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid having excellent dispersion stability of titanium oxide particles which have photocatalytic activity, wherein the coating liquid places no burden on the environment while being excellent in handling properties and forms a photocatalyst coating film excellent in photocatalytic activities (antifouling properties and/or antibacterial properties), transparency and durability, on the surface of a base when applied thereto; a method for producing the same; and a photocatalytically active composite material obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: Specifically disclosed is a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid which is a composition containing, in an aqueous solvent, titanium oxide dispersed particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5-50 nm and an average dispersion particle size of 10-100 nm, a polymer dispersing agent, an alkoxysilane hydrolysis-polycondensation, an organic amine, and additionally if necessary, silver particles. The uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid has a pH within a range of 5-9. Also specifically disclosed are a method for producing such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid, and a photocatalytically active composite material having antifouling properties and antibacterial properties, which is produced by applying such a uniformly-dispersed photocatalyst coating liquid over the surface of a base.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergenic composition, particularly, an antiallergenic composition workable to fibers or fiber products, and free from discoloration, to provide fibers or fiber products having antiallergenic performance, or to provide a method for reducing allergens where allergen is removed by performing direct spray into the environment.
      SOLUTION: By an antiallergenic composition comprising 1,4-bis(3,3'-(1-desylpyridinium)methyloxy)butane dibromide, the allergenic properties of allergens such as ticks and cedar pollen can be reduced, further, a function of reducing allergenic properties can be imparted to fibers or fiber products such as carpets, tatami mats, bedding apparatuses, curtains, articles of clothing, stuffed animals, masks and the dust bags of vacuum cleaners without discoloration, and further, by performing direct spray into the environment, allergenic properties can be removed.
