SOLUTION: Natural vegetable fibers, such as coconut fibers, are deformed in a loop shape and molded in a mat form state, and formed integrally with the surface on one side of a fiber mat layer 1 having a gap with which soil dressing is wrapped and in which vegetable roots are stretched. A greening bed rock A having a porous concrete layer 2 having a continuous void, which is communicated with the void of the fiber mat layer 1 and in which vegetable roots are stretchable, and the fiber material mat layer 1 of the greening bed rock A are arranged on a support bed rock, intended to be greened, with the fiber material mat layer 1 of the greening bed rock 1 positioned upside. Soil dressing 12 is piled up in the fiber material mat 1 and on the upper surface from the soil dressing on the fiber material mat 1 when occasion demands, and vegetation is effected in the soil dressing 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foaming fire resistant painting film layer of a steel frame column at the time of temperature increase by extending a fire resistant covering material layer formed on the surface of a steel frame beam and covering the upper end of the foaming fire resistant painting film layer formed on the surface of the steel frame column. SOLUTION: A foaming fire resistant painting film layer is formed on the surface of a steel frame column, and the surface of a steel frame beam is covered by a cement-based fire resistant covering material layer, which is extended, and the surface of the upper end A1 of the foaming fire resistant painting film layer formed on the surface of the steel frame column is covered by a fire resistant covering material layer A2. In addition, in the case where the foaming fire resistant painting film layer is formed on the steel frame column and the steel frame beam, the fire resistant covering material layer is formed on the surface of the foaming fire resistant painting film layer in continuity with the steel frame column and the steel frame beam in the neighborhood of a corner part.
