    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking-type ridge-forming machine constructed in a compact form, flexible in workability, capable of easily, surely performing ridging in a rice field which is not well prepared, and at the same time capable of easily forming ridges different in heights to each other. SOLUTION: A soil heaping unit 5 continuously feeding soil to a ridge-forming part in a heaped state, and a ridge-forming unit 7 for fastening and solidifying the heaped soil 6 to form a ridge are linked to a walking type tractor 2. The ridge-forming unit 7 is constructed by placing a rotary ridging device 43 on a rotary arm 44, and the height of the rotary ridging device 43 can be adjusted to the necessary height corresponding the rotation of the rotary arm 44. The rotary ridging device 43 comprises a ridge-upper side forming body 57 for forming the upper side of the ridge 3, a ridge-inner side forming body 60 for forming the inner side of the ridge and a ridge-outer side forming body 62 for forming the outer side of the ridge. The rotary ridging device 43 fastens and solidifies the surface of the ridge 3 by making a slipping turn on the heaped soil 6.

SOLUTION: A rotary shaver blade 80 for shaving an old levee 3 as required is fixed on a 1st working shaft 51 disposed at a holding member, a 2nd working shaft 62 is disposed at the other holding member, a banking rotor 83 for scooping up soil on the surface of paddy filed in order to supply soil onto the old levee 3 shaved by the rotary shaver blade 80 is fixed on this working shaft 62, and the soil scooped up by the banking rotor 83 is stopped onto the old levee 3 on the front side of the holding member in the advancing direction of a traveling machine 2. Further, a screw 84 is fixed on the 1st working shaft 51 between the rotary shaver blade 80 and the holding member and the dropped soil is fed out toward the side of a levee arranging machine 109 and stabilized by rotating the screw so that a levee can be formed.

SOLUTION: A rotary shaver blade 66 for shaving an old levee 3 as required is fixed to a 1st working shaft 31, a banking rotor 70 for scooping up soil on the surface of the rice field in order to supply the soil onto the old levee 3 shaved by the rotary shaver blade 66 is fixed on a 2nd working shaft 43, and the banking rotor 70 and the rotary shaver blade 66 are arranged so as to be almost positioned on the same straight line orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of a levee 5. Besides, the rotary shaver blade 66 is rotated so as to shave the old levee 3 from the outside part of the old levee 3 toward the inside by rotating the 1st and 2nd working shafts 31 and 43, and the rotating speed of the banking rotor 70 is set so as to prepare the bank for the quantity required for levee arrangement onto the shaved old levee 3. Further, the levee 5 is formed by stabilizing the bank on the old levee 3 while using a levee arranging machine 93.

    • PURPOSE:To improve durability of a type by making many holes reaching from the tread surface to the inner peripheral face in the circumferential direction of a tyre tread and burying rivets with spherical rivet heads in said holes in such a manner as tips of the rivets project from the tyre surface due to pressure of the tyre. CONSTITUTION:Many through holes 2, reaching from the tread surface to the inner peripheral face in the circumferential direction of the tyre tread, are arranged, for example, zig zag. spherical rivets 4 are buried in the through hole 2 in a condition not to be extracted with rivet heads 3 held inward. This causes internal pressure of the tyre not only to support but also press outward the rivet heads 3 so as to project the rivet tips from the tyre tread surface and reveal skid preventive function. This configuration leads the inner pressure to execution of support to the rivets 4 along with a buffer action against a road surface pressure, and durability of the tyre can be improved.
