    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically produce the supporting spring member having a high density wiring by constituting it of the member with a base member, a supporting member and a wiring member, fixing the supporting member made of an insulating material on the base member and constituting the wiring member of the conductive material buried on the surface side of the supporting member.
      SOLUTION: The whole shape of the supporting spring member is constituted on a base member 1. A supporting member 2 made of an insulating material is fixed to the member 1 and a wiring member 3 made of a conductive material is buried into the surface side of the member 2 with a prescribed pattern. Various kinds of materials are applicable to member 1 so far as the materials are springy materials. Any kinds of materials are used for the member 2 so far as the materials are molded while keeping a desired insulating characteristic. The member 3 is used to make electrical connections and made of the material having a good conductivity. In general, the member 1 is made of a stainless steel film, the member 2 is made of polyimede and the member 3 is made by copper plating.

      SOLUTION: An FPC 1 has a metal foil layer 4 formed only on one side of an insulating layer 2 via an adhesive layer 3. A surface of the metal foil layer 4 on the side to be brought into contact with the adhesive layer 3 is treated to roughen, so that irregularity is formed. The FPC 1 is configured such that the insulating layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3 are partially removed, and the surface of the metal foil layer 4 on the side from which the insulating layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3 have been removed is treated to be flatten. In a region A from which the insulating layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3 have been removed, an overcoat layer 5 for reinforcing the metal foil layer 4 is provided along the metal foil layer 4 on a side opposite to the surface-treated side. A drive IC 6a is mounted on a first metal foil surface 4a of the metal foil layer 4 and on a second metal foil surface 4b which is the flattened surface of the metal foil layer 4, and is provided with electrical conduction by the metal foil layer 4.

      SOLUTION: For the screen mask 1, a Tetron mesh 3 and a stainless steel mesh 4 are stretched on a metal frame 2 made of aluminum, and they are stuck on an adhering part 5. A cutout part 6 is provided at the central part of the Tetron mesh 3, and the stainless steel mesh 4 is arranged above it so as to cover this cutout part 6. A suspended metal mask 7 or a resin layer 20 is formed on the stainless steel mesh 4, a plurality of middle block holes 8 are provided in the suspended metal mask 7, and the middle block holes are coated with an emulsion resist 9. In one of the middle block holes 8, small blocks 10 of several rows are formed, and patterning is applied on the emulsion resist 9 to form a specified fine image pattern.
