    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic regulating valve apparatus which has not only a function as a primary pressure regulating valve for maintaining the pressure on the upstream side of a main valve constant, but also a perfect valve closing function, and does not cause the blinding of a pilot valve, hardly causes the chattering and hunting in spite of its quick motion, and can stop the flow of fluid by instantly closing the valve when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve has been suddenly dropped.
      SOLUTION: The main valve apparatus has a main valve body and a main valve driving member. The main valve driving member forms a pressure chamber in the cylindrical wall of a main valve casing. A pilot valve apparatus is composed of an "A" valve apparatus which closes when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is higher than the specified pressure and opens when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is lower than the specified pressure, a "B" valve apparatus which opens when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is higher than the specified pressure and closes when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is lower than the specified pressure, and a "C" valve apparatus which closes when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is higher than the specified pressure and opens when the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve is lower than the specified pressure. The "A" valve apparatus and the "B" valve apparatus are communicated in series with the intermediate portion of the main valve apparatus between the upstream side and the downstream side of the main valve apparatus by communicating paths via the pressure chamber located at the intermediate portion. Further, the "C" valve apparatus is arranged in other communicating paths.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic control valve device capable of performing an excellent automatic control function as a differential pressure control valve keeping differential pressure constant before and after the valve and preventing clogging of a pilot valve unit with a perfect sealing function and being hardly causing a chattering and hunting irrespective of quick operation.
      SOLUTION: A main valve unit is provided with a main valve element integrated inside a main valve box and a main valve driving member having a pressure receiving area larger than that of the element. The element is positioned on the upstream side from a main valve seat, a throttling passage is formed between the element and main valve seat, the main valve driving member is slidably fitted on a cylindrical wall of the box, and a main valve driving pressure chamber is formed in the cylindrical wall. A pilot valve unit comprises a pilot A valve device and a pilot B valve device interlocked with each other. The pilot A and the pilot B valve devices opening and shutting in proportion to changes of differential pressure before and after the main valve unit are connected in series by means of a connecting passage between the upstream side and the downstream side from the main valve unit via the main valve driving pressure chamber midway. Accordingly, differential pressure before and after the main valve unit is maintained at a designated value.
