    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make welding possible only by taking one welding ground when welding a plurality of metal frame members which are used for attaching a resin sash to an opening of a frame to the opening of the frame.
      SOLUTION: A groove 4 which is used for storing a conductive means is formed on the outer periphery of the resin sash 1 for the entire perimeter. A copper wire 7 which is a conductive means is stored in the groove 4, and the metal frame member 3 is attached to a longitudinal frame 1a and a lateral frame 1b from above. Then the metal frame member 3 and the copper wire 7 are brought into contact with each other, and the four frame members 3 are connected to each other electrically by the copper wire 7.

The slide member 240 includes a slide proximal part 241 which is supported to the base proximal part 141 movably, and a slide support part 242 disposed in a portion opposed to the upper end face of the face bar 15 while protruding from the slide proximal part 241. An adjusting screw member 144 which changes relative positions of the base member 140 and the slide member 240 is provided between the base proximal part 141 and the slide proximal part 241.

The frame-side bracket has an opening-side protrusion which is protruded to the central side of the opening throughout the perimeter of the frame body, and the screen-side bracket has a screen-side protrusion which is protruded to the outside of the screen throughout the perimeter of the screen and which faces the opening-side protrusion at the indoor or outdoor side of the opening-side protrusion.

      SOLUTION: The latch device 4 is composed of a device body 30 comprising a body 31, the latch 32, an energizing means 33, a link mechanism 34 and the operating member 35; and a receiving member 40. The latch 32 moves into an upper position to be engaged with the receiving member 40, and a lower position to be detached. The energizing means 33 holds the latch 32 into the upper position, and the link mechanism 34 swings into a first attitude to put the latch 32 in the upper position, and a second attitude to put the latch 32 in the lower position. The operating member 35 moves in a direction different by almost 90° from the moving direction of the latch 32. When the operating member 35 is in an indoor side position, the link mechanism 34 swings into the first attitude, and when the operating member 35 moves into an outdoor side position, the link mechanism 34 swings into the second attitude to put the latch 32 in the lower position.
