The determination part 42 shifts to the water entry detection mode from the normal mode when the gas pressure detected by the pressure sensor 41 decreases below a first predetermined pressure, or a decreasing characteristic that a pressure drop exceeds a second predetermined pressure is shown, in the normal mode.
