The controller (33) allows the actuator (28) to drive the travelling variable speed transmission (8) to operate for speeding up or speeding down on the basis of detection results by the detecting means (24) while the unit shifting quantity of the travelling speed for the unit operation quantity of the speed change member (12) being variable.
