    • PURPOSE:To constitute a valve which supplied a proper quantity of water, by utilizing the pressure of water flowing in the casing to change continuously a set value with the second diaphragm after setting the primary pressure with an adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 provided with an inlet path 2 and an outlet path 3 is provided with a valve body 7, which opens and closes the part between the inlet path 2 and the outlet path 3 to adjust a flow rate, and the first diaphragm 5 which supports the valve body 7 and receives the pressure in the outlet path 3. The pressure is set by a primary adjusting part 16 which presses the first diaphragm 5 toward the side of the outlet path 3 through a spring 18. A tube 14 connected to the inlet path 2 and the outlet path 3 and the second diaphragm 11 having a pressure leading-in adjusting part 13 are provided, and a spring 9 is inserted between the diaphragm 11 and the valve body 7. A T valve of the pressure leading-in adjusting part 13 is adjusted to control the pressure of the diaphragm 11, and the valve body 7 is balanced through a spring 9, thus adjusting the flow rate.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to change the set pressure of an outlet passage at will by a method wherein the opening area of a working gas passage which leads the gas pressure to a main diaphragm chamber. CONSTITUTION:A switching valve 15 opens a small valve seat 13 and in turn closes a by pass valve 14. Because working gas is led through a passage 17 to the main diaphragm chamber 8, the pressure within the main diaphragm chamber 8 ascends with working gas and exceeds the pressure within the outlet passage 3, resulting for a main diaphragm 9 in generating the force intending to open a main valve 4 against a spring 7. When the force generated at the main diaphragm 9 exceeds the force of the spring 7, the main valve 4 starts to open, allowing to fuel gas to start to flow through a port 5 to the outlet passage 3. Simultaneously the pressure within the outlet passage 3 starts to ascend and feeds-back through a passage 26 to a feedback diaphragm 19.

    • PURPOSE:To perform good controlling operation by controlling the variation in the pressure of a controlling pressure chamber by using a system in which a proper throttle means is provided in a pathway for a fluid to be sent under pressure by an electromagnetic pump and led to a controlling chamber. CONSTITUTION:An actuator is provided with an electromagnetic pump 2 by which a fluid inside the first chamber 7 is sent under pressure to the second chamber 8a, a pathway with an orifice 9 through which the fluid of the second chamber 8a is flowed into a pressure chamber 8b while giving it a given resistance, communication paths 10a and 10b with a needle 11 through which the fluid in the pressure chamber 8b is returned to the first chamber 7 while giving it a given resistance, and follower 12 and 13 displacing itself in response to the pressure of the pressure chamber 8b. A fluid sent under pressure by the electromagnetic pump 2 flows into the second chamber 8a and then into the pressure chamber 8b through the orifice 9. Thus, a pulsative movement given to the fluid is smoothened and also the change of pressure in the pressure chamber 8b is suppressed.
