摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the combustion efficiency of an engine by a method wherein a magnetic field having a specific magnetic force is applied within a fuel passage at a position at which the flow velocity of the fuel in the fuel passage after the application of the magnetic field is not lowered below a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:The fuel in a fuel tank 1 is supplied into a float chamber 6 through a fuel pipe 3 by means of a fuel pump 2 and the fuel in the float chamber 6 is kept at a predetermined level through the operation of a fuel supply valve 7 connected to a float 8. At the same time, air is sucked into a carburetor 11 through a filter 14 and the fuel is sucked up by a sucking pipe 9 due to the negative pressure generating at the time of sucking the air into the carburetor and is injected from an injection nozzle 10. In this case, a magnetic field of greater than 500 gauss is applied to the fuel in the fuel passage at a position behind the float chamber 6, for example, in the sucking pipe 9 or the injection nozzle 10, or at a position before the float chamber 6, for example, in a rubber section of the fuel pipe 3 and in the latter case, the magnetic field is applied to the fuel that the flow velocity of the fuel in the float chamber 6 becomes higher than 0.02cm/S.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a treating device by using directly a permanent magnet as a core, instead of using a steel plate yoke as magnetic poles in constructing a magnetic field treating device which gives a magnetic field to fuel and improve its combustion efficiency. CONSTITUTION:An enclosure is formed by mild steel plates 3, 4 and 5 having no residual magnetism. Two opposing mild steel plates 4 are fitted each with permanent magnet 1 of the same plane area as the mild steel plates by utilizing the attractive force of said magnet. Magnets 1 are anisotropic. They are arranged so that their N and S poles face each other in the direction in which the magnetic field is set up, and thereby a magnetic field is produced between these magnets. The magnet is placed in a fuel path and thereby a magnetic field is given to fuel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the captioned unit smaller, thereby reducing its weight by stacking a plurality of permanent magnets through soft steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Reducers 5 of round and square sections are connected to a large-sized pipe 6, thereby constituting a magnetic field treatment section 3. In this section 3, a number of ansotropic permanent magnets, which are arranged like a lattice work on both sides of a mild steel plate 2 at its center, are laidout in parallel and stacked like a sandwitch. Adjusting plates 4 are placed on the magnets, and magnetic control is so performed that proper flux density may be adjusted between magnetic poles. At the same time, improper magnetic fields on both sides of a fluid pipe is clogged with buffle plates 7. An improvement in combustion efficiency can be attained by providing a proper magnetic field to the fuel flowing inside the large-sized pipe 6 in this manner.
